These terms apply to purchases from Luvia Creations through luviacreations.com. We offer handmade crochet products from Gurugram, Haryana, India. Products and customisation
Minor stitch, colour and size variations can occur in handmade products, but items must match their advertised description. Some lifestyle images are AI-assisted and may not reproduce every detail exactly; ask for an actual product photograph if needed. Customisation, availability, additional costs and timing must be agreed before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown before payment. Review the delivery address, applicable coupon, shipping charge and total before payment. Online payments are processed through Razorpay, and orders are confirmed only after payment verification. Adding to a cart or sending a WhatsApp message does not confirm an order. If payment fails or money is debited without confirmation, contact orders@luviacreations.com before paying again.
Delivery
We deliver within India. Preparation and delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees; product availability, customisation, courier service and destination can affect timing. Provide accurate contact and address details and notify us promptly of corrections. Review the shipping charge and estimated delivery window before paying.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may request cancellation before dispatch. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, including customised items. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Please read that policy for reporting deadlines, return instructions, shipping responsibility and refund timelines. These terms do not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.
Your account and use of the website
Guest ordering is available. If you create an account, keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit fraudulent orders. Do not share a card PIN, OTP or password with us through messages.
